S. L.. Hospital
Worcester, June 24, 1864
Dear Sir,
Lucy Keniston was today brought to this institution from Tewksbury. She was in such an excited condition that the authorities of Tewksbury thought it important to delay her removal to this place by waiting to consult your board - Supposing of course that she is chargeable upon Andover I send you a Blank Bond which you will oblige us by filling in One form and returning to us.
Yours Respectfully
Clerk S. L. Hospital
